DORIA BRAMANTE
ARTIST
Doria is an award-winning theater artist and documentary filmmaker. Her documentary, The Refugees of Shangri La, has screened all over the world and has received the support of the United Nations and the State Department. She has been featured in Smithsonian Magazine, on NPR and has written for humanitarian publications. Theatrically, Doria is a long-term member of the Caravan Stage Company, a historic vagabond cirque-opera company that tours internationally, performing politically inspired work on the deck of a 90ft tall ship named the Amara Zee. She writes, produces, and directs immersive theater works, often in partnership with museum spaces. In addition, Doria continues to act professionally in film, theater, and as a vocalist, most recently, alongside Zendaya in the new Luca Guadagnino movie, Challengers.
