Hello and welcome to our new site!
In the Spring of 2018, Women’s International Study Center collaborated with brand designer and web developer, Acacia Carr to help strengthen our message.
Our creative brief for the project included establishing a new visual direction for our site and brand as well as a new mobile friendly website.
At the Women’s International Study Center, we are committed to finding and introducing new, interesting, and obscure female scholars to an international audience. Acacia was able to help us create a new brand design and website that reflects a playful yet bold and sophisticated sense of style in the spirit of this work.
We have also implemented the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as part of our web development process. Developed by the European Union and passed into law for EU citizens in May, 2018, the GDPR represents the highest standards of Internet safety and security protocols for websites. Like many American based websites, we have chosen to adopt the GDPR for our site because we value your privacy.
We hope you will enjoy interacting with our new site and brand identity. Please feel free to leave us a Comment below, and let us know what you think. We’d love to hear from you!
Thank you for being loyal friends and supporters of Women’s International Study Center.
